Leadership

Coya Renee, CEO
Coya Renee, a state licensed manicurist and braider, obtained her therapeutic art and life coaching license in 2023 through International Association of Profession Career College. Being a foster child who became a teen mom, Jacowya founded and became CEO of the BloomStat Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering resilience and fostering growth in underserved communities.

Jason Haap, Board President
Jason Haap has been an educator since 1997, where he has worked as a high school English teacher in public, charter, and private schools before becoming a licensed administrator and an educational consultant.
In addition to his work with BloomStat, Haap is also a founder of CincyPHLUSH, a toilet advocacy group in Cincinnati.

Adrienne Jackson, Board Treasurer
Adrienne Jackson is a social worker, community organizer, and advocate with extensive experience across diverse communities and nonprofit organizations. She has founded and led key initiatives such as the Bryan County Juneteenth Celebrate Freedom Day and has worked with organizations including United Way of the Coastal Empire, NAACP, and AHAVA Community Resources. Holding a B.A. in Sociology from Ashford University, Adrienne is a licensed Master Social Worker with Cincinnati Public Schools and has earned a Master of Social Work degree with concentrations in Clinical Counseling and Social Administration. Passionate about addressing systemic barriers, she is committed to amplifying the needs of marginalized populations. Adrienne is married to an Air Force veteran and is a proud mother.

Annette Wambua, Board Secretary
Annette learned American Sign Language (ASL) and earned her certificate of completion in 2010. Fostering a passion for communication, art, and inclusivity, she applied this knowledge in her homeschooling journey as a stay-at-home mom, creating a supportive learning environment for her children. Being a stay-at-home, mom Annette grew a passion for crochet, leading her to start her own business in 2006. Committed to lifelong learning and enriching families, Annette believes effective communication and creativity is key to healthy family bonds.
